Ashley Hurand

Program Manager, Customer Experience & Support

Ashley leads the Customer Experience & Support Team which focuses on ensuring that campus is familiar with UAIR as an organization and the work that we do. Ashley and her team are passionate about helping our customers and equipping them with the knowledge and know-how to take full advantage of our work. Ashley has worked for the University of Arizona since 2004 in various capacities, from business administration and sponsored projects accounting to developing student support initiatives in student affairs. Ashley holds a M.S. in Management Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Business Intelligence and Analytics. In her current role, Ashley enjoys leveraging her passion for data and design to create intuitive, effective, and highly visual reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. Outside of work, Ashley stays active through new creative projects, community involvement, and spending time with her family.
