University Analytics & Institutional Research (UAIR) is proud to announce the rollout of some new dashboards in the UAccess Analytics! These new dashboards will help campus colleagues, especially those with HR analytics needs, to compare changes in job details as a result of the campus-wide implementation of UCAP on January 27, 2020.
These new tools come in direct response to feedback from some of our campus constituents.

UCAP Conversion Crosswalk
Use the UCAP Conversion Crosswalk dashboard to compare an employee’s previous and current job details including job code, paygroup code, and others prior to and after the UCAP go-live which was on January 27, 2020.

Note: If an employee's job code changed after January 27,2020, it will not be shown in dashboard.

University Staff Pay Structure
Use the University Staff Pay Structure dashboard to compare information for all active staff, including those who have converted to the new compensation model and those who have not. This addresses information for all university staff in one location.
