Jenn Schilling is Data Analyst on the Customer Experience & Support Team. She provides visualizations and key metrics for reporting while supporting data management and strategic initiatives. Jenn holds a Master’s degree in Computational Operations Research and a Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary. Previously, she worked as a middle school teacher, served as a VISTA member with AmeriCorps in the area of college access, and worked as a Statistician and Engineer in a variety of fields; including advertising analytics, supply chain management, food security, and defense. Jenn gets joy from telling a compelling story with data and illustrating an organization’s impact through data and analytics. Outside of work, Jenn loves to sew and knit.
