Description:
Carrying pot or basket made of 2 oil palm leaves (or possibly of wild date?). Manihot flour put up in banana leaf bags or baskets. Flour marketed in open basket with banana leaf cover - and canvas bags in which chiefs furnish Govt. with flour for the askari. [Shantz travel journal, Feb. 28, 1920]
