These documents are an accounting of what officials are where in the organization of all of Nueva Viscaya. The survey covers eleven years in an uneven manner and some documents are simply repeating information. The form of the documents is a)a statement of identification and endorsement of the official by a alfarez or resident in the area B)followed by a signed paragraph by the official himself.
