Concerns prisoner who confesses his desertion in church. Diaz informs Castro of situation and asks what action to take. Reports that soldier gave false name and committed crime to avoid 8 year appointment in Havana. Needs to have permission to extract criminals from sacred places. Provides statements from witnesses.
