Summary:
Workers at salt flats of Zapotillo petition virrey to increase price payed for carga of salt by 2 reales. This request is rejected by virrey on grounds that price increase may be detrimental to real Mineria; however, virrey eventually accedes to price increase of 1 real per carga.
