Summary:
As result of copious salt harvest registered at Zapotillo, Hijosa requests viceregal permission to appoint person to assist administrador Rios. In addition, Hijosa suggests that assistant be payed 25 pesos a month, and that position be temporary. Included is manifest which summarizes quantity of salt gathered at Zapotillo in 1795. (J. H.
